Ready to reboot and rebalance? Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with an amazing group of like-minded men and women in the beautiful outdoors. We'll work out, we'll stretch, we'll eat healthy - and we'll discuss fitness and nutrition strategies to get you on track and moving towards your health and wellness goals.

Designed to support you on your path to total wellness, AlaVie Fitness day retreats focus, energize and refresh you while giving you the resources you need to incorporate fitness and nutrition into your daily routine.

Retreat activities include:

  • 75 Minute AlaVie Boot Camp workout lead by AlaVie's Co-Founder Heather Glenn and San Mateo Head Coach Kelly Beall
  • Nutrition discussion led by Peggy Bauer, DCN about the effects of sugar in our diets encompassing cholesterol/triglycerides, metabolic syndrome or syndrome X, inability to lose weight, lesson in label reading and an interactive test for sugar intolerance. We'll also have a basic discussion on what encompasses healthy eating and if there are any hard fast rules on the subject
  • 60 Minute Yoga workout
  • Healthy snacks provided
