Specialized Boot Camps & Weekend Workouts Looking to mix up your workouts this year? Join us for a one or all of these fun and unique AlaVie Boot Camp classes: Where: Central Park, San Mateo When: Monday, March 15th Cost: $20 per class What to bring: An exercise mat, one set of hand weights (5-12lbs. each) and water What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred). Who: Coed - All fitness levels are welcome!
Cardio and Core: If you're ready to get your beach body under-way, you’ll love this class! You will break a sweat playing fun cardio games and doing partner drills. You will also work your entire core to help get that six pack you’ve been wanting. Not only is Cardio and Core very comprehensive, but it has a great mix of old and new exercises, effectively sequenced to keep the fat burning and muscles responding. Where: Central Park, San Mateo When: Wednesday, March 17th Cost: $20 per class What to bring: An exercise mat and water What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred). Sunday Boot Camp: This Sunday boot camp will give a full body workout that will leave you energized and feeling great for the rest of the weekend! Bring your friend, sweetheart, or family to experience AlaVie Fitness and what boot camp has to offer! Where: Central Park, San Mateo When: Sunday, March 21st from 9AM-10AM Cost: $20 per class What to bring: An exercise mat, one set of hand weights (5-12lbs. each) and water What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred). Medicine Ball Madness: Medicine balls are great for core and stability training and can increase your reaction time and power. This 1-hour class will use medicine balls to add intensity and variety to your regular workouts with cardio and resistance exercises. Learn some new moves and have a blast during this dynamic and challenging class. Stems, Butts and Guts: This class will focus on shaping your best assets and firming your mid-section. We'll focus on lower body and core exercises using a variety of equipment and body weight movements. Love plyometrics and planks? This is the class for you! You'll thank us the next day when you can't sit up or sit down. Where: Central Park, San Mateo When: TBD - None currently scheduled Cost: $20 per class What to bring: A set of hand weights (women = 5-10lbs., men = 8-12lbs.), an exercise mat and water What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred). Who: All fitness levels are welcome!
Running Camp: This class will focus on increasing your endurance and making you a stronger runner. Besides a series of stamina-building drills, you’ ll receive a handout with information on how to make the most of your running and improve your performance for long runs such as 5ks, 10ks, ½ and full marathons. Where: Burlingame High School Track, Burlingame When: TBD - None Currently Scheduled Cost: $25 per class What to bring: An exercise mat and water What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes.
