Saturday Boot Camp Workouts

Interested in checking out the exercise routine that was voted ‘Best Place to Get Fit’ by the readers of San Francisco & San Jose Magazines?

Join us for a Saturday AlaVie Boot Camp class or series of classes and give your body a weekend boost!

Whether you're a veteran camper or a newcomer, a reformed couch potato or a triathlete, our Saturday AlaVie Boot Camp classes will inject a fresh dose of fun into your fitness routine - and give you a taste of the total body workout that will make you feel fabulous from the inside out.

When:  Saturdays in May (5/14 and 5/21) from 9AM-10AM. Sign up for one or both Saturdays.

Where: Central Park, San Mateo

What to bring:    A set of hand weights (women = 5-10lbs., men = 8-12lbs.) and an exercise mat

What to wear:   Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred).

Camp Leaders:   Coach Christine Langi!

 

Women, men, friends, and family of all fitness levels are welcome at any or all sessions.
