First Annual AlaVie Fitness Days in the Park

Join us at the First Annual AlaVie Fitness Days in the Park - and prepare to be energized and inspired!

Designed to connect you with the resources you need to live happier, healthier and in balance, these events will feature:

  • FREE PowerVie Boot Camp sessions for men, women, and kids (workouts start at 9:30 a.m. & 10:30 a.m. and last 45 minutes)
  • FREE 5K/10K training workouts
  • FREE demos from our health & wellness partners, including massage & physical therapists, nutrition experts & running coaches
  • FREE goodie bags and prizes

    Saturday, April 19, 9am – 12pm: Central Park, San Mateo

    Saturday, May 3, 9am – 12pm: Sports Basement, Crissy Field, San Francisco

    Saturday, May 10, 9am – 12pm: Heather Farms Park, Walnut Creek
