About Co-Ed PowerVie Boot Camp

PowerVie Boot Camp is a total body conditioning program that includes cutting edge fitness instruction, nutritional education, and team motivation, along with access to a variety of premier wellness services.

Designed for people of all ages and fitness levels, our boot camps will inspire you to bring out your inner athlete - and give you the tools to live healthier, happier, and in balance.

Each PowerVie Boot Camp session is packed with a series of fun, ever-changing exercises created specifically to strengthen, and increase your cardio fitness. Our expert coaches, all of whom are certified personal trainers, take you through an energizing mix of calisthenics, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, par courses, hill running/walking, hiking, agility and power drills, stair climbing, partner drills, sport yoga, and more.

Unlike other programs that take a military or individual approach to boot camp, PowerVie Boot Camp's team-oriented conditioning style is designed to encourage and support you while you experience the pure enjoyment of feeling your body in motion. In addition, we'll connect you with the resources you need to sustain your commitment to your fitness goals.
