Greatest Fitness
Accomplishment:
I've run in many 10K races, but not at any record pace.  I did give birth an almost 10 lb baby (9 lbs 14 ozs).
Biggest fitness roadblocks: Ensuring I make time for myself to work out.  I do this by fitting in a work out during my lunch hour.
Current Fitness Goals: To complete Nike 1/2 marathon
Words to live by: Keep moving, because if you stop, you won't get up!
