I can see and feel the difference in both my body and my personal spirit. I am looking forward to continuing on with my training to discover what other accomplishments I am capable of achieving.

Ashlyn Aneloski - Assistant Coach Walnut Creek

  • SCW Sports Nutrition Certificate
  • Turbo Kickboxing Certified
  • B.S. in Health Education

Ashlyn has been active her whole life. Growing up, she participated in soccer, swimming, and competitive gymnastics until high school.

“When I had to quit gymnastics due to a back injury, I decided to start working out in the gym because it was about the only activity I could do that didn't cause more pain. I realized how much I enjoyed working out and that my back pain was much less as I continued to work on my strength and balance.”

In addition to working as a PowerVie Boot Camp coach, Ashlyn also coaches youth gymnastics.

“I enjoy working with kids and trying to help get them moving from a young age,” she says.

“Not everyone is as lucky as I am," she adds, "I love exercise! I decided that it was important to me to be able to help motivate others to be active and show them that they can have fun working out and get life long results.“

Her favorite aspect of coaching? Helping motivate boot campers and making the workouts fun.

According to Ashlyn, everyone needs to make fitness part of their lifestyle, so they should make changes they can stick with and, most importantly, have a good time in the process.
